Follow these rules to be a considerate guest and avoid any issues during your stay.

Breakages will need to be noted and paid for

Please request for pets, pet waste needs to be cleaned up. If dog waste is found up to £150 could be fined.
Maximum 2 dogs per stay. This is charged at £65 per dog. Please add when confirming numbers to the booking.

If using the hot tub make sure the top is put back on and topped up with water if water overflows.

If using the pool please put the cover back on using the switch on pool house.

No pets in the pool or hot tub.

No pets on sofas.

No hen/stag party’s No hen/stag party’s.

No loud noise after 11pm due to neighbours.

Please send copy of photo ID (passport or driving licence) to Kim upon arrival/check in.
Failure to do so may mean you cannot stay at the property.

If these rules are not followed you may incur extra charges.
